Her career in human resource was started soon after she graduate and long before joining Wiragarda. She has very extensive experience in handling human resources, and after joining Wiragarda she has also shown excellent achievements by making improvements and refinements to the existing systems, including how the uniqueness of the company's operations can adjust to government regulations. She also overhauled the existing system to make it easier to monitor and handle every employee, both those in office and those on duty in the field.

 

Her responsibilities is to include recruiting, training, dispatching, and monitoring every member of security who are serving our clients. The task of mentally coaching and work ethic, handling discipline, applying sanctions according to company regulations and all kinds of problems from thousands of personnel spread across Jakarta and several other cities, which are a new challenge for her compared to the previous jobs, did not make her afraid, but to make her more understand that the main responsibility as an HRM is to make people better, not only in their work but also in their lives.
